Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking)

Target is hiring for a Seasonal 4am Inbound (Stocking) position at our Greenville location. This full-time seasonal role is perfect for early risers ready to jumpstart inventory operations and keep shelves stocked for our guests.

About the Role

As part of our inbound and stocking team, you'll arrive before dawn to ensure our store is fully prepared and stocked for each day. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you'll work alongside a dedicated crew to move merchandise efficiently and maintain a well-organized sales floor that our guests expect.

What You'll Do

• Unload and receive incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy and condition
• Organize and stage merchandise in designated areas for efficient floor stocking
• Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor with products, maintaining clear pricing and proper placement
• Keep receiving and backroom areas clean, safe, and organized according to Target standards
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and other material handling tools safely
• Communicate with team members and leadership to prioritize high-volume items and special seasonal needs
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work early morning hours, beginning at 4am
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly (up to 50 lbs)
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory and stocking tasks
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and consistent attendance
• Willingness to learn Target systems and follow procedures
• At least 16 years old (age requirements may vary by state)
