About the Role
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist with LifeStance Health, you'll provide direct clinical care to clients seeking mental health treatment and counseling services. This is a full-time position where you'll build meaningful therapeutic relationships, assess client needs, and implement treatment plans that support lasting wellness and recovery.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on therapeutic outcomes
- Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
- Support crisis intervention and safety planning when needed
- Work within ethical and legal frameworks governing mental health practice
What We're Looking For
- Active License as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent state credential
- Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to client-centered, culturally competent care
- Ability to manage a full client caseload and meet documentation requirements
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational and time-management abilities
