About the Role
As District Sales Manager for our aftermarket division, you'll oversee critical sales operations serving the traditional automotive parts distribution channel. In this high-visibility role, you'll establish yourself as an essential business partner, providing strategic guidance and support to store locations within your territory while driving sustainable revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies across Southern California and Nevada to expand heavy-duty aftermarket market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners in the automotive parts sector
- Manage sales performance, territory goals, and reporting across assigned locations
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping store partners optimize their business operations and product offerings
