About the Role

The Sales Leader role is central to our store's success. You'll combine hands-on selling expertise with coaching and mentorship, creating an environment where team members excel and customers receive exceptional service. Your focus on both customer satisfaction and sales performance will directly impact our store's results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the sales team, modeling excellent customer service and sales techniques daily
• Develop and implement store-level sales strategies aligned with Kirkland's business objectives
• Drive operational excellence by executing store processes and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals
• Engage customers with product knowledge and presentation skills, building loyalty and increasing transaction value
• Support inventory management and maintain a well-organized, visually appealing sales floor
• Create accountability within your team, recognizing top performers and coaching others toward growth

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail leadership or senior sales experience in a customer-facing environment
• Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate the value of home furnishings to customers
• Excellent presentation and visual merchandising skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members through coaching and mentorship
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on driving sales and operational efficiency
• Availability to work part-time hours that support business needs
