What You'll Do

- Build candidate networks and maintain relationships with quality talent in the Lexington area
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate placement through close
- Manage your own workflow independently on a flexible, part-time schedule
- Negotiate placement terms with candidates and clients to finalize deals
What We're Looking For
- Proven recruiting experience from an agency, in-house team, or previous freelance placements
- Strong ability to source, qualify, and successfully place candidates
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
- Self-directed work style with ability to manage your own pipeline and targets
