About the Role

As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll have immediate access to active client openings—no need to chase your own clients or navigate agency bureaucracy. You focus on what you're best at: finding talent and closing placements. Each successful placement directly increases your income, rewarding your effort and skill.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for active client positions
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Manage the complete recruitment process from initial contact through job acceptance
• Build and nurture a pipeline of candidates for repeat placements
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the placement cycle
• Track placements and follow through on successful hires

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to identify and evaluate qualified candidates
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed and able to manage your own workload
• Comfortable with commission-based, part-time work
• Based in the Cleveland, Cuyahoga County area
