About the Role
As Business Development Lead, you'll drive growth and opportunity identification within content acquisition and play games partnerships. You'll take ownership of key strategic initiatives, solve complex partnership challenges, and mentor team members as they develop deeper expertise in this dynamic space.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand content acquisition and grow the Play Games ecosystem
- Lead negotiations and relationship management with partners, publishers, and content creators
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, finance, and marketing teams
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth and skill development
- Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscape to inform business strategy
- Own key projects from conception through successful execution and measurement
What We're Looking For
- Mid-level experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles with a proven track record
- Demonstrated ability to drive progress on complex initiatives and solve business problems
