What You'll Do

• Greet customers at the rental counter and guide them through the vehicle selection and rental process
• Explain vehicle features, rental terms, and available services in clear, friendly language
• Process rental agreements and handle payment transactions accurately
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and customer account documentation
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Support vehicle inspections and ensure customers understand rental policies
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming rental office
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demand during peak seasons
