Event Staff – Seasonal / FT / PT

Confidential is seeking full-time Event Staff to support holiday and seasonal community events in Dalworthington Gardens, Tarrant County. As a member of our event team, you'll help create warm, engaging experiences for families and supporters at nonprofit fundraising events throughout the local community.

About the Role

This is a full-time seasonal position perfect for individuals passionate about event management and community engagement. You'll work alongside nonprofit partners to execute successful holiday and seasonal fundraising events that bring people together and support local causes.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, manage check-in and registration, and direct attendees throughout event venues
• Set up and break down event spaces, including decorations, signage, tables, and equipment
• Support fundraising activities and help coordinate with event vendors and partner organizations
• Assist with holiday entertainment, activities, and celebrations that create memorable community moments
• Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees, donors, and volunteers
• Follow event protocols, safety guidelines, and company procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work full-time during the seasonal event period and adapt to flexible scheduling
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with diverse groups
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weight, and move about event spaces
• Previous event experience is a plus but not required—we'll train the right person
• A genuine interest in supporting community nonprofit organizations
