Asst Dockmaster- Seasonal Part-time (Sat., Sun, & Mon 8am-4pm)

Join Jupiter Island Holdings as an Assistant Dockmaster for a seasonal, part-time position in Hobe Sound, Martin County. This role offers weekend opportunities to deliver exceptional service to Club Members and their guests while maintaining the highest standards of dock safety and operations.

About the Role

As an Assistant Dockmaster, you'll be a key member of our waterfront team, responsible for ensuring a safe, well-maintained dock environment. Working Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 8am to 4pm, you'll interact directly with Members and guests, facilitating seamless access to our facilities and addressing their needs throughout your shift.

What You'll Do

• Enforce all Club dock rules and safety regulations consistently
• Check in and check out dock guests, maintaining clear records and communication
• Inspect boats upon arrival and departure, verifying dock lines, equipment condition, and safety compliance
• Assist Members and guests with dock access, mooring assistance, and general waterfront questions
• Maintain a clean, organized dock environment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support dock operations

What We're Looking For

• Reliable availability for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills with Members and guests
• Ability to perform basic inspections of boats and dock equipment
• Willingness to take initiative and support team members
• Familiarity with marina or waterfront operations is a plus
