About the Role

As a participant in our nurse residency program, you'll transition from nursing education into clinical practice within a supportive, mentored environment. You'll gain hands-on experience delivering patient care while building the clinical judgment, technical proficiency, and professional skills essential to your nursing career.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care under the guidance of experienced RN preceptors and clinical mentors
• Develop and strengthen clinical competencies through structured learning experiences
• Rotate through multiple clinical units to gain exposure to diverse patient populations and specialties
• Engage in evidence-based practice and quality improvement activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a specialized medical center
• Build proficiency with clinical systems and documentation standards

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
• Recent nursing graduate with new graduate status
• Strong foundational nursing knowledge and clinical fundamentals
• Genuine commitment to patient-centered care and professional nursing practice
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
