About the Role

As a Senior Manager in our Healthcare Business Operations practice, you will partner with senior leadership at provider organizations to diagnose operational challenges and design data-driven transformation strategies. You will direct client-facing consulting engagements, manage multidisciplinary project teams, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness across clinical and business functions.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on operational strategy, process optimization, and performance improvement for healthcare provider clients
• Analyze complex operational challenges, develop tailored strategic recommendations, and guide clients through implementation
• Build and mentor consulting teams, ensuring quality delivery and strong client relationships throughout engagement lifecycles
• Identify opportunities to improve cost structures, staffing models, supply chain efficiency, and clinical workflows
• Present strategic findings and business cases to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
• Travel up to 80% to client sites as needed to support engagements

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, business operations consulting, or related strategic advisory roles
• Demonstrated expertise developing and executing operational improvement initiatives in complex healthcare environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience translating data into actionable strategy
• Proven ability to lead and influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex operational challenges into clear, compelling narratives
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced healthcare credential preferred
