Aequor is actively hiring a skilled Cath Lab Technician for an immediate travel assignment in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This is a full-time contract position offering $2,818 per week for 17 weeks of work with day shift hours in the Cochise County area.

About the Role

Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech on an active travel contract in Sierra Vista. You'll support a busy cardiac catheterization laboratory, performing critical technical and clinical duties that directly impact patient care and procedural success. This is hands-on clinical work in a dynamic healthcare environment where your expertise drives day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

• Prepare catheterization lab equipment and supplies for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, coronary angiographies, and related interventional cardiology procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and communicate clinical observations to the medical team
• Maintain strict sterile technique and infection control protocols in the laboratory environment
• Operate fluoroscopy equipment and ensure proper radiation safety practices
• Document procedures accurately and maintain complete patient records
• Respond quickly to procedural needs and anticipated equipment changes

What We're Looking For

• Current RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification or equivalent cath lab credential
• Minimum 2+ years of active cath lab experience
• Strong clinical knowledge of cardiac procedures and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced clinical team
• Valid professional licensure as required by Arizona state regulations
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for assignment work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure
