Director of Marketing

Morgan Group, a dynamic multifamily property management company operating over 70 residential communities, is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing for our headquarters in Greenwood, Houston. This is a full-time leadership role focused on driving brand growth, market positioning, and resident acquisition across our expanding portfolio.

About the Role

As Director of Marketing at Morgan Group, you'll lead all marketing strategy and execution for our multifamily communities in the Houston market and beyond. You'll develop and oversee marketing campaigns that drive occupancy, build brand recognition, and enhance resident engagement across digital and traditional channels. This role requires strategic vision combined with hands-on execution and collaboration with property leadership teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategy and annual plans aligned with organizational growth goals
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, paid advertising, and lead generation campaigns
• Build and manage brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with target demographics
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure consistent marketing execution and performance tracking
• Manage marketing budget allocation and analyze campaign ROI and key performance metrics
• Lead a marketing team or coordinate with external agencies to execute campaigns
• Monitor market trends and competitor positioning to identify growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in multifamily, real estate, or property management
• Proven track record developing and executing successful brand and demand-generation strategies
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, marketing analytics, and campaign management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable results
• Strategic mindset paired with strong project management and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with property teams and align marketing with operational goals
