Rödl Usa is hiring a bilingual German/English bookkeeper and accountant for our Business Processing Outsourcing team in Denver, Colorado. About the Role

In this bookkeeper/accountant role at our Denver office, you will manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate documentation for multiple clients. Your fluency in German and English will be essential as you communicate with German-speaking clients and manage bilingual financial operations. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality work while balancing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Record, organize, and maintain accurate financial transactions and account information
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare financial documentation, reports, and records for client delivery
• Serve as a bilingual liaison between Rödl Usa and German-speaking clients
• Execute multiple bookkeeping and accounting tasks concurrently while meeting strict deadlines
• Apply accounting software and systems to process financial data
• Maintain professional standards across all financial work products
