About the Role

As Account Manager II, you'll lead growth and strategic expansion within Honeywell's Hospitality segment. You'll be the trusted advisor to security and access control decision-makers, translating their operational challenges into solutions that enhance guest safety, staff security, and operational efficiency. Your insights will directly influence our strategic direction and help shape how we serve this dynamic industry vertical.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new hospitality accounts while expanding relationships with existing clients
• Design and implement targeted sales approaches for assigned territories and key accounts
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with hotel, resort, and hospitality operators to understand their security and access control requirements
• Present customized solutions that address industry-specific operational challenges and compliance needs
• Navigate the complete sales process from initial engagement through contract close and implementation support
• Cultivate enduring partnerships with account stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and sustainable growth
• Share competitive insights and market analysis with senior leadership to inform long-term strategy
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful customer outcomes

• Proven success in enterprise or mid-market B2B sales, ideally within the hospitality or security industries
• Strong command of security systems, access control technologies, and building management platforms
