About the Role
As a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide with At Home Care Partners, you'll provide essential in-home support to clients throughout Schenectady County. This full-time position offers stable, meaningful work making a real difference in people's lives every day.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide support with toileting and continence care
- Help clients with mobility and transferring
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document care activities and communicate with your care team
Requirements
- Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
- Compassionate, patient approach to client care
- Ability to work independently and with a care team
- Reliability and professional attitude
- High school diploma not required
