RN Coordinator – Telemetry Center

Join Hartford Hospital as an RN Coordinator for our Telemetry Center in Plaza, New Haven County. This full-time evening position offers the opportunity to deliver direct patient care within Connecticut's comprehensive healthcare system, where every moment matters.

About the Role

As an RN Coordinator at our Telemetry Center located at 80 Seymour Street, you'll oversee cardiac monitoring operations and patient care coordination in a high-acuity environment. This full-time role operates on evening shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., 24 hours per week, with every third weekend and every other holiday required. Your responsibilities directly support patient safety and clinical outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate telemetry patient care and continuous cardiac rhythm monitoring
• Communicate patient status and monitoring alerts to nursing and clinical staff
• Manage telemetry equipment operations and maintain system reliability
• Monitor patient acuity levels and support appropriate clinical response protocols
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient safety and care coordination
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork focused on patient-centered care

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license in Connecticut
• Experience in telemetry, cardiac care, or acute care nursing
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Comfort working evening and night hours, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety
