EY seeks a skilled SAP Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead enterprise transformation initiatives in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish. As a full-time member of our Consulting practice, you'll guide clients through integrated business planning and production scheduling optimization using advanced SAP technologies.

About the Role

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, architecting supply chain planning solutions that drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage. This consulting role combines strategic advisory with hands-on technical expertise, allowing you to shape how organizations plan, schedule, and execute their supply chain operations at scale.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end SAP supply chain planning engagements, focusing on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) capabilities
• Assess current-state supply chain processes and design future-state solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Translate complex supply chain requirements into actionable SAP system configurations and roadmaps
• Guide client teams through implementation phases, ensuring adoption and value realization
• Mentor junior consultants and build strong client relationships through clear communication and results delivery
• Stay current with SAP product developments and emerging supply chain planning practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing SAP supply chain planning projects, ideally involving IBP or PPDS modules
• Deep understanding of integrated business planning concepts and production scheduling methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead consulting engagements, influence stakeholders, and deliver business outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities applied to supply chain challenges
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to business audiences
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
