Cargill is hiring a full-time seasonal Grain Production Worker at our Eldred, Greene County facility. This is your opportunity to work directly in grain production operations that are central to feeding global markets.

About the Role

As a Grain Production Worker at Cargill, you'll be essential to our grain handling and production operations. This seasonal position is based on-site at our Eldred facility, where you'll work full-time during the active production season. You'll contribute directly to sourcing, handling, and processing grains and oilseeds that serve producers and food companies worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor grain handling and production equipment
• Load, unload, and transport grain safely and efficiently
• Monitor grain quality, moisture levels, and storage conditions
• Maintain production equipment and facility cleanliness
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Work assigned shifts, including potential early morning or variable hours
• Support the team to ensure timely, accurate grain processing and movement

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to perform physical labor in a production environment
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong safety consciousness and attention to detail
• Equipment operation experience is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork
• Valid driver's license preferred
