This full-time position in Boston, Massachusetts offers strategic leadership of critical property operations for one of the world's largest cloud infrastructure providers.

About the Role

As Director of Compliance & Property Management at Oracle, you'll own complete property strategy and execution responsibility for our data center portfolio. This leadership position encompasses land administration, municipal relations, regulatory compliance, lease management, permitting, and environmental oversight across a growing global infrastructure footprint.

What You'll Own

• Property portfolio strategy and land administration for hyperscale data center facilities
• Municipal coordination, government relations, and regulatory agency interactions across jurisdictions
• Compliance management, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation for property operations
• Lease negotiation, contract management, and property obligation administration
• Permitting processes and regulatory approvals for data center development and operations
• Environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory adherence
• Cross-functional leadership with infrastructure, finance, and legal teams to ensure operational readiness

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in property management, compliance, or real estate operations at enterprise scale
• Leadership background in regulatory compliance and government relations
• Expertise in commercial real estate, leasing practices, permitting, and municipal regulations
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex property contracts and multi-party negotiations
• Successful track record implementing compliance programs and operational governance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, law, environmental science, or related discipline
