About the Role

As Director of Product Management for Industrial Treatment Solutions at Xylem, you'll own the complete product lifecycle—from market insight and strategy through commercialization and growth. You'll lead cross-functional teams to develop and refine water treatment solutions that address complex industrial challenges, working with engineering, operations, sales, and customer success to deliver products that impact how industries manage water safely and sustainably.

What You'll Do

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with market demand and Xylem's business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product positioning in industrial treatment segments
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps that guide development and launch efforts
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to translate customer needs into innovative technical solutions
• Lead go-to-market planning, pricing strategy, and product launches across multiple regions
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to enable market adoption and accelerate revenue growth
• Manage product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on solutions to maintain competitive advantage

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in water treatment, industrial solutions, or related manufacturing sectors
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering products to market
• Strong understanding of industrial treatment processes, customer pain points, and regulatory environments
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance innovation, profitability, and customer value
• Excellent communication and influence skills, with ability to lead without direct authority
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide product decisions
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred
