About the Role
You'll operate a Class B box truck to provide essential maintenance and service support for industrial parts washing equipment across San Diego County. This hands-on position combines customer service, vehicle operation, and technical support in the field—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and direct customer interaction.
What You'll Do
- Drive a Class B vehicle to customer locations throughout the service area
- Perform onsite maintenance and servicing of parts washer machines
- Handle equipment pickup and delivery with proper management of hazardous materials
- Conduct general labor tasks including running service lines and managing fluid transfers
- Build customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service revenue
- Maintain detailed service records and customer documentation
- Work 10–12 hour shifts as part of full-time employment
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Physical ability to perform general labor, including lifting and fluid handling
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliability and professional demeanor in all customer interactions
- Willingness to complete 2-week training academy out of state
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting equipment issues
