Retail Cashier, Great American Ball Park

About the Role

As a Retail Cashier at Great American Ball Park, you'll operate point-of-sale systems and handle all cash and card transactions during game days. This full-time seasonal position pays $13.50 per hour and offers the unique experience of working in a fast-paced environment where every shift brings a new crowd of enthusiastic baseball fans. Your role is essential to keeping concessions and retail operations running smoothly while fans enjoy the game.

What You'll Do

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS equipment
• Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision
• Greet guests warmly and respond to their questions about menu and merchandise offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout station
• Work collaboratively with the concessions and retail team to meet customer needs
• Follow all food safety and operational procedures during high-volume periods

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help customers
• Ability to handle multiple transactions quickly and accurately
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Willingness to work evening and weekend game-day schedules
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a busy environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
