What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough case assessments and develop individualized permanency plans for children in state custody
• Maintain detailed case documentation and court-related records in compliance with state requirements
• Coordinate with foster families, biological parents, service providers, and community partners to support reunification and permanency goals
• Prepare for and attend court proceedings, presenting case information and recommendations to judicial officers
• Monitor child safety and well-being through regular home visits and family engagement
• Connect families with support services including counseling, treatment, and community resources
