About the Role

As Club Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of club operations, from member experience and staff management to facility maintenance and revenue generation. You'll report to the Regional Club Manager and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a welcoming, clean, and well-maintained fitness environment. What You'll Do

• Manage daily club operations, ensuring member satisfaction and safety standards are consistently met
• Recruit, train, and supervise fitness staff and front desk personnel
• Drive membership sales and retention through relationship building and community engagement
• Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and work toward performance-based bonus targets
• Oversee fitness class schedules, personal training programs, and member events
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional programs to grow the membership base
