About the Role

This Sales position with F&P Brands in Hidalgo, Hidalgo County covers a range of front-line, guest-facing responsibilities that may include Coordinator, Treat Person, Cashier, Expeditor, and Hostess duties. As part of a franchise group operating more than forty Dairy Queen® restaurants, you'll help carry forward a brand that has been creating standout fan experiences since 1940.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, setting a friendly, upbeat tone from the moment they arrive.
• Take and process orders accurately while operating the register and handling payments.
• Prepare and present Dairy Queen® treats to brand standards.
• Expedite orders so food and treats reach guests quickly and correctly.
• Coordinate smoothly with teammates to keep service running during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service area.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Clear, courteous communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay productive and accurate in a high-energy setting.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work scheduled shifts on-site in Hidalgo, Hidalgo County.
• Willingness to learn and uphold Dairy Queen® brand standards.
