About the Role

We're hiring Registered Nurses for our Specialty Medical Nursing Units with flexible hours spanning day, evening, night, and weekend shifts, including holidays. You'll work in an environment where every patient interaction makes a meaningful difference.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient assessment, monitoring, and care on specialty medical units
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures following established protocols
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members about treatment progress and care goals
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes in medical records accurately and timely
• Respond to patient needs and maintain a safe, supportive care environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of patient safety and quality outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license or Graduate Nurse (GN) credential
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative healthcare teams
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate nursing care
