About the Role
As a full-time Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you'll provide certified notarization services for loan closings, traveling to client locations throughout Colorado Springs and El Paso County. This position offers the independence of field-based work combined with steady earning potential from repeat business and ongoing client referrals.
What You'll Do
- Conduct loan closing signings at client locations across Colorado Springs and El Paso County
- Verify signer identities and ensure all documentation is properly executed and notarized
- Maintain detailed records of all notarial acts and loan closing transactions
- Communicate professionally with lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers to coordinate appointments
- Deliver completed documents and closing packages to appropriate parties
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with repeat clients and referral sources
What We're Looking For
- Current notary public commission in Colorado with mobile notary certification
- Proven experience as a notary signing agent, preferably with loan closing background
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to manage time independently and meet appointment schedules reliably
- Strong understanding of notarial best practices and document handling requirements
