About the Role
As a Clinical Psychologist with LifeStance Health, you'll provide evidence-based psychological services and support patients in achieving meaningful mental health outcomes. This part-time position offers scheduling flexibility while allowing you to maintain a focused clinical practice in a collegial, well-resourced setting.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide individual psychotherapy and evidence-based counseling interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment records
- Support patients through therapeutic relationships grounded in clinical excellence
What We're Looking For
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or closely related discipline
- Active Maryland clinical psychology license
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
- Comfort with modern digital health platforms and electronic health records
