About the Role

LifeStance Health is building a community-centered mental healthcare practice. We're seeking a licensed therapist to provide direct clinical services to clients navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You'll work in a supportive, collaborative environment that values clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individual, couples, and family clients
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and systems-based approaches
• Facilitate productive sessions addressing communication patterns, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy
• Document progress, maintain detailed clinical records, and communicate with treatment teams
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical providers, and case managers to ensure integrated care
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active LMFT license in Indiana with good standing
• Demonstrated experience in couples therapy, family systems work, or related clinical areas
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Commitment to cultural competence and inclusive, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Professional demeanor and genuine passion for helping people improve their relationships and mental health
