About the Role

This is a full-time position in our Baltimore office, where you'll be central to managing case preparation, client communication, and legal documentation. You'll work directly with attorneys and clients to move cases forward efficiently from intake through litigation readiness. Your organizational skills and legal knowledge will be essential to maintaining our reputation for thorough, client-focused representation.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and organize case files, manage discovery documents, and maintain detailed records for personal injury claims
• Draft correspondence, intake forms, demand letters, and other legal documents under attorney supervision
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
• Assist with evidence gathering, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements
• Track deadlines, statute of limitations dates, and court filings to ensure compliance
• Support trial preparation including witness interviews, exhibit organization, and case summaries
• Manage scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks for assigned cases

What We're Looking For

• Paralegal certificate or legal assistant training; relevant work experience in personal injury law preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and legal professionals
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, especially with case management
• Proficiency with legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
