What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field
• Proven experience conducting independent research in a laboratory environment
• Strong understanding of scientific methodology and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis and laboratory instrumentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing multiple projects
