About the Role
The Interior Furnishings Division plays a crucial role in the home renovation journey. After structural and finish work is complete, homeowners need expert guidance to select and integrate furnishings that reflect their vision and coordinate with their newly renovated homes. In this leadership position, you'll direct all aspects of this service—from initial design consultations to final delivery and installation.
What You'll Do
- Lead design styling sessions with homeowners to understand their aesthetic preferences and functional needs
- Create furniture layouts and spatial plans that maximize usability and flow in renovated rooms
- Curate and source lighting fixtures, area rugs, artwork, and decorative accessories that enhance each space
- Develop cohesive color palettes and coordinate material finishes throughout the home
- Manage the procurement process and oversee delivery and installation coordination
- Ensure seamless integration between architectural finishes and furnishings selections
- Build relationships with homeowners and represent the quality and professionalism of Innovative Home Renovations
