About the Role

As a Plasma Masker, you'll execute a critical function in our precision manufacturing process. Working the 3rd shift, you'll apply protective masking materials with exacting precision while maintaining the quality standards that keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Apply and position protective masks with precision to meet exact manufacturing specifications
• Monitor masking integrity throughout the plasma treatment process
• Maintain detailed records of materials used, batch numbers, and completion status
• Collaborate with production team members to keep the line moving efficiently
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure work meets quality standards before handoff
• Follow all safety protocols, equipment procedures, and company guidelines
• Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly to supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar industrial setting
• Demonstrated ability to work a consistent 3rd shift schedule reliably
• Strong attention to detail and genuine commitment to quality
• Team-oriented approach with clear, professional communication
• Manual dexterity and comfort working with masking materials and light tooling
• Willingness to learn and follow written and verbal instructions
