Core Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in implementing classroom lessons and activities
• Supervise and support students during instruction, transitions, and outdoor play
• Help students with daily living skills and independence-building activities
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and educational materials
• Facilitate small-group learning experiences as directed by the teacher
• Build positive relationships with students and their families
• Follow classroom procedures and support the school's behavioral expectations
