Oracle is hiring a full-time Learning Consultant with Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience in La Cienga, Santa Fe County, to drive engaging training for Federal clients during one of the nation's largest health record modernization programs.
About the Role
As a Learning Consultant on the Oracle Health Consulting team, you will lead the design and delivery of training experiences that help clients confidently adopt and operate modern EHR systems. This on-site position in La Cienga, Santa Fe County supports Federal customers and involves travel of up to 100%, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, facilitate, and deliver interactive training sessions for Federal clients adopting electronic health record solutions.
- Support end users throughout the EHR modernization journey, ensuring they gain practical, lasting proficiency.
- Tailor learning content and delivery to the needs of diverse client audiences.
- Collaborate with Oracle Health Consulting colleagues to continuously strengthen training programs.
- Travel to client and project sites as required, up to 100% of the time.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms.
- Background in training, education, or consulting, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, learner-friendly guidance.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 100%.
- Comfort working with Federal customers in a fast-paced, evolving program.
