We're looking for a skilled and experienced lead technician who combines technical expertise with the ability to mentor team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure every job meets our high standards.

About the Role

As our HVAC Lead Residential Service Technician in Broomall, you'll take on a leadership position within our residential service team, balancing hands-on technical work with mentoring responsibilities. This is a full-time role where you'll be at the heart of customer satisfaction, managing complex HVAC systems while developing the next generation of technicians.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and related components
• Train and assist junior technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company standards
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work completed
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and reliable service
• Operate specialized HVAC diagnostic and repair equipment with precision

What We're Looking For

• Current HVAC certification and EPA certification required
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience in residential settings
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience with other technicians
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various environments
