About the Role

You'll lead Buildout's account executive organization, combining strategic direction with hands-on involvement in enterprise and mid-market CRE opportunities. This is a high-impact position where you'll set sales strategy, coach and develop your team, and directly influence the adoption of workflow automation across the real estate industry.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, recruit, and develop a team of account executives focused on closing deals with independent and regional CRE brokerages
  • Establish go-to-market strategies and sales processes that drive platform adoption in the commercial real estate market
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, with clear accountability for revenue targets and pipeline health
  • Personally lead strategic and enterprise accounts, demonstrating mastery of Buildout's automation capabilities and translating them into measurable business outcomes for brokers
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align roadmap priorities with market demands and customer needs
  • Shape compensation structures, sales KPIs, and team development programs that attract and retain top talent
  • Build relationships with industry leaders and key stakeholders to expand Buildout's presence in commercial real estate

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading enterprise or SaaS sales teams with direct quota responsibility and track record of team growth
  • Deep familiarity with commercial real estate, brokerage operations, or professional services sales environments
  • Consultative selling mindset with ability to explain complex technology solutions to non-technical decision makers
  • Strategic thinking paired with competitive drive and adaptability in high-growth, fast-moving organizations
  • Strong hiring, coaching, and leadership capabilities with a genuine commitment to developing team members
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business development, or related field
