About the Role

As a Business Sales Account Executive, you'll own a portfolio of commercial accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients. You'll combine strategic account management with consultative selling to identify growth opportunities, deliver tailored communications solutions, and exceed quarterly sales objectives. This role requires travel within your assigned territory to meet clients in person and build lasting professional relationships.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute account plans for assigned business customers, focusing on expansion opportunities and contract renewals
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations that address specific client needs and business challenges
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor account health, track customer communications, and respond promptly to client inquiries

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
