LifeStance Health is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist for our Buckley location. Help us deliver accessible, personalized mental healthcare to individuals and families in our community.
About the Role

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you'll be at the heart of that mission—delivering evidence-based therapeutic care, building trust with clients, and creating meaningful improvements in the lives you touch.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress
- Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care
- Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
What We're Looking For
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse populations
- Compassion, patience, and commitment to client-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
