Site and Service Manager

Ecolab Inc. is seeking a full-time Site and Service Manager to join our operations team in Racine, Racine County. This position offers the opportunity to lead critical site operations and service excellence in water technology and industrial cooling applications.

About the Role

As Site and Service Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations at our Racine facility while managing service delivery across multiple customer accounts. This role is essential to our mission of providing world-class water and cooling solutions. You'll work directly with customers, technical teams, and operations staff to ensure reliable system performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Manage site operations and coordinate service activities for liquid-to-liquid cooling systems and technical cooling applications
• Lead startup and commissioning procedures for new cooling infrastructure installations
• Oversee mechanical operation and maintenance protocols for active cooling systems
• Ensure customer accounts receive responsive, high-quality technical support and service
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to solve complex system challenges
• Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement continuous improvements
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and company safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing cooling infrastructure or similar technical operations environments
• Strong expertise in startup, commissioning, and mechanical operation of cooling systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical cooling systems (TCS) and industrial cooling equipment
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and operational responsibilities effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to operational detail
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
