Konnections Staffing is now hiring a part-time Behavior Therapist to work with children and families in the Inland Empire. This is a rewarding opportunity based at March Air Reserve Base in Riverside County, with services delivered in Moreno Valley.

About the Role

This part-time Behavior Therapist position offers afternoons from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll support the development and wellbeing of children through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Qualified candidates with ABA credentials receive a $500 sign-on bonus.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
• Conduct direct therapy sessions with children using evidence-based techniques
• Partner with supervising clinicians, families, and care team members to maximize outcomes
• Track client progress, maintain treatment records, and refine strategies based on data
• Build strong relationships with families and maintain a professional, supportive presence

What We're Looking For

• Background in Applied Behavior Analysis or related behavioral health field
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with children and families
• Ability to maintain the 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM afternoon schedule consistently
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
• Ability to pass background screening requirements
