About the Role

Our KORT physical therapy clinic in Jeffersonville needs a dedicated Patient Service Specialist for our front office team. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for patient check-in, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and phone management—all crucial to delivering a seamless front-office experience. The schedule includes weekdays with variable hours. Compensation starts at $17 per hour, based on your experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform patient check-in, collect necessary information, and maintain intake documentation
• Manage incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate clinical staff members
• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage before patient appointments
• Coordinate scheduling and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy at all times
• Process patient payments and complete administrative duties
• Deliver professional, compassionate service to create positive first impressions
