About the Role

As a Stylist with KnitWell Group in Burlington, you'll be the trusted voice that helps customers feel confident and inspired in what they wear. You'll combine product knowledge with genuine customer care to create a welcoming shopping experience that keeps people coming back.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and assess their styling needs and preferences
• Offer personalized recommendations based on fit, color, and lifestyle fit
• Build outfits and coordinate pieces to help customers see possibilities
• Answer product questions and share knowledge about quality, fit, and care
• Maintain neat, organized displays and merchandise presentation
• Process transactions and create positive checkout experiences
• Assist with fitting room management and inventory awareness
• Support store operations and visual merchandising as needed
