What You'll Do

• Address customer inquiries, resolve questions, and deliver support that builds confidence in our service
• Process payments and complete transaction activities accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and organize physical property keys using our established systems
• File and catalog documents according to our internal classification structure and lot number designations
• Upload and digitize documentation to our systems to create accessible, organized records
• Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure all sale-day operations proceed without interruption
• Manage administrative tasks that support our sales team and customer experience
