As a full-time Certified Ski Instructor based in South Lake Tahoe, El Dorado County, you'll guide skiers of all abilities — from those experiencing snow for the very first time to seasoned riders chasing fresh lines. This on-mountain position blends your technical expertise with a genuine passion for teaching, helping every guest create their own experience of a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, safe, and encouraging ski lessons to individuals and groups across all skill levels.
• Adapt your coaching style to first-timers, children, and advanced skiers alike.
• Champion mountain safety, proper technique, and on-slope etiquette at all times.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests visiting from around the world.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and resort teammates to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Current ski instructor certification.
• Strong skiing ability with the skill to demonstrate and break down technique clearly.
• A friendly, patient, and motivating approach to teaching people of every age and ability.
• Comfort working outdoors in winter mountain conditions throughout the season.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in South Lake Tahoe, El Dorado County (this is not a remote position).
