Join our nursing team as a Registered Nurse and provide direct patient care in an acute rehabilitation environment. We offer flexible scheduling options, including weekend shifts, and support for short-term assignment opportunities. As an RN at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Irmo, you'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping patients regain independence and return home stronger.

What You'll Do

• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized patient care to post-acute rehabilitation populations
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage medical devices and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans
• Document patient progress, clinical observations, and nursing interventions accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on discharge planning, medication management, and self-care strategies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic patient care environment

What We're Looking For

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
• Active RN license with no restrictions or pending disciplinary actions
• Demonstrated competency in direct patient care, patient safety, and clinical assessment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional nursing standards
• CPR/BLS certification required
