What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, including acute MI, heart failure, arrhythmias, and post-procedural recovery
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and hemodynamic parameters; respond promptly to patient changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; educate patients and families on cardiac health and recovery
• Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Support a patient-centered culture focused on safety, dignity, and evidence-based practice

What We're Looking For

• Current RN or GN licensure in Connecticut
• Strong clinical foundation in medical-surgical nursing; cardiac experience a plus
• Ability to prioritize care, manage multiple patients, and communicate clearly under pressure
