About the Role
As a Senior Finance Analyst in our Strategic Finance function, you'll drive financial insights that support Deputy's next phase of growth. Deputy serves over 1.5 million workers and 375,000 workplaces across more than 100 countries, and we're looking for a finance professional who thrives analyzing complex data, modeling scenarios, and translating numbers into actionable business strategy.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain financial models that forecast company performance and support strategic planning
- Analyze business unit performance against targets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
- Partner with operations, product, and commercial teams to quantify the financial impact of strategic initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for leadership and board-level presentations
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization
- Evaluate new business opportunities through detailed financial analysis and ROI assessment
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, or management accounting
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, spreadsheet analysis, and business intelligence tools
- Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in fast-growing, high-growth SaaS companies preferred
